Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Ganpat University, Mehsana, Gujarat

Department: Office of International Affairs

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Job Purpose

To support the international outreach and business development initiatives of the University by strengthening global partnerships, coordinating international programs, supporting international student recruitment, and ensuring smooth execution of international collaborations, events, and stakeholder engagements. 

Responsibilities

  • Support international business development activities by identifying and connecting with prospective global academic and industry partners.
  • Coordinate and facilitate international student recruitment activities including inquiry handling, lead generation, counselling support, and admission coordination.
  • Assist in managing international collaborations, MoUs, student exchange programs, faculty exchange initiatives, and immersion programs.
  • Ensure effective communication and professional correspondence with international universities, organizations, students, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of international summits, guest lectures, webinars, delegations, and partnership meetings.
  • Prepare briefing notes, reports, presentations, partnership proposals, and post-visit documentation for international initiatives and collaborations.
  • Maintain and update databases related to international partners, prospective students, exchange programs, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and gather intelligence on international education trends, partner institutions, and global outreach opportunities.
  • Coordinate internally with university departments to ensure smooth execution of international activities, mobility programs, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Represent the Office of International Affairs professionally and contribute proactively towards strengthening the university’s global outreach and international presence.
