Position: GUNI Representative Officer
Location: Mehsana
Organization: Ganpat University
Experience Required: 3 – 7 Years

Job Purpose

To represent and promote the University at regional, national, and international levels by strengthening institutional outreach, student engagement, stakeholder relationships, admissions support, branding initiatives, industry interactions, and academic collaborations while ensuring positive representation of the University among students, parents, institutions, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for representing the University at schools, colleges, educational fairs, seminars, exhibitions, industry events, and outreach programs.
  2. Promote the University’s programs, achievements, infrastructure, rankings, facilities, scholarships, and academic ecosystem among prospective students and stakeholders.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, consultants, institutions, and educational networks.
  4. Coordinate and support student admission outreach activities at regional, national, and international levels.
  5. Conduct presentations, counseling sessions, webinars, and awareness programs regarding University offerings and career opportunities.
  6. Develop region-wise outreach strategies for strengthening institutional visibility and student engagement.
  7. Coordinate with the Admissions Department for lead generation, student follow-up, and conversion activities.
  8. Support branding, promotional campaigns, digital marketing activities, and institutional awareness initiatives.
  9. Assist in organizing University events, academic campaigns, workshops, seminars, conferences, and student interaction programs.
  10. Travel extensively for institutional outreach, collaborations, student recruitment drives, and promotional initiatives.
  11. Maintain regular interaction with students, parents, alumni, academic institutions, and external stakeholders.
  12. Provide guidance regarding admission procedures, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and program offerings.
  13. Collect market intelligence, student feedback, and competitor analysis for strategic planning and institutional growth.
  14. Maintain outreach records, inquiry databases, student interaction reports, and activity MIS.
  15. Coordinate with academic departments and administrative teams for effective execution of outreach initiatives.
  16. Ensure timely response and resolution of student and stakeholder queries.
  17. Promote participation in innovation, research, entrepreneurship, and skill-development initiatives of the University.
  18. Support institutional collaborations with industries, organizations, and academic partners.
  19. Guide and support prospective students throughout the admission and onboarding journey.
  20. Perform any other duties assigned by the University Management in the interest of the institution.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  1. Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Education, Public Relations, Communication, Business Administration, or related discipline from a recognized university.

Experience

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in Educational Outreach, Admissions, Student Recruitment, Public Relations, Institutional Branding, or Business Development.
  • Experience in Higher Education / University ecosystem preferred.

Key Performance Indicators

  1. Achieve assigned outreach and student engagement targets annually.
  2. Conduct minimum: school/college outreach visits annually
  3.  seminars/webinars/counseling sessions annually
  4. institutional networking or promotional events annually
  5. Increase inquiry generation and student engagement ratio year-on-year.
  6. Ensure timely submission of Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly outreach MIS reports and activity dashboards.
  7. Achieve minimum stakeholder/student satisfaction feedback score as defined by the Management.
